120,000 sf manufacturing facility with a 5,000 sf office and cafeteria area. This project is one of the hybrid buildings we often construct. The manufacturing area is pre-engineered steel with an open floor plan and the office and cafeteria portion of the building is steel and masonry exterior with metal stud and drywall interior. We are experienced in all facets of building construction and the owner's preference, planning board requirements and facility usage often dictate the design materials.
